The Ladies in Tech (LIT) Scholarship was launched in 2021 to help address systemic barriers by equipping final-year female university students in Indonesia with technical and professional skills, as well as access to real-world internship opportunities.
Since then, the program has supported more than 50 alumni across five batches, creating more equitable pathways for women to build careers in technology.This year, with the full support of CSG, we will select 6 (six) outstanding candidates as LIT Scholarship 2026 awardees.
What is the LIT Scholarship?
The LIT Scholarship is an initiative by the Ladies in Tech (LIT) Network, designed to support women who are passionate about building careers in technology. Through financial support, mentorship, and access to our community, we aim to bridge the gender gap in tech and nurture the next generation of women leaders in the industry.
Fully Funded Scholarship
Receive a monthly stipend throughout the bootcamp and access exclusive knowledge-sharing sessions with industry experts.
Technical Skills Development
Build practical, job-ready skills through an intensive Full Stack Development or QA Automation bootcamp delivered by Kulkul Tech.
Global Community Access
Join the LIT Network & RSA community of ambitious women building, creating, and leading in tech.
Paid Internship with CSG
Gain real-world experience while working remotely with professionals from different countries.

Final-Year Female University Student & Fresh Graduates
Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate program at a university in Indonesia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Currently Studying an IT-Related Major
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
Interested in a Career in Technology
Motivated to build a career in Full Stack Development or QA Automation and ready to strengthen your technical skills
Confident Communicating in English
Able to communicate and express ideas clearly in English when collaborating with an international team
Committed to the Full Program
Available to complete the bootcamp, expert-sharing sessions, and three-month remote internship

Logic Test & Technical Asssessment
Complete the timed logic and technical assessment within 45 minutes. If you achieve the minimum passing score of 70, you’ll be able to continue with your scholarship application.
