Criteria / Eligibility
If you’re currently working in the tech industry and meet the following criteria, this is the opportunity to level up your career!
- Open to all Indonesian citizens
- You are a woman currently pursuing a career or working in a technology-related field
- You are looking to enhance your leadership skills and build influence within tech industry
- You want to actively develop your personal brand, improve communication, and build professional networks for career advancement
- You are able to commit to the 5-week duration of the program, participate in group coaching sessions, and complete all required activities.
- You are open to receiving personalized mentorship and guidance from tech professionals and are willing to actively engage in discussions on various topics throughout the program
Program Timeline & Activities
This 5-week program, running from October 10th to November 29th, 2024, offers immersive mentorship, group coaching, and leadership development opportunities through the following key activities:
September 26: Mentoring Program Submission Opens

Topic: Leadership in Tech: Breaking Barriers and Building Influence*

October 18: Selected Mentees Announcement
50 selected mentees will be onboarded and introduced to the program.
October 28 – November 1: Week 1 – Group Coaching

November 4 – November 8: Week 2 – Group Coaching
